A corrupt assemblyman is scheming to evict the residents of an old neighbourhood in order to build a large apartment complex there and reap great profits. Forced into a corner and desperate to save their homes, three of the residents decide to take matters into their own hands and come up with the ultimate plan – to kidnap the assemblyman!
