Realityprogram about young couples preparing themselves for their first child. How do men prepare for a baby? They will be followed when they join a season of pregnancy yoga, a special papacourse, during the furnishing of the babyroom and of course when their wife/girlfriend is giving birth. Once the child is born, the fathers will tell their experience of a new life. Are they desperately in love with them or do they have restless nights? Is the task more difficult than they expected it to be?
