Frans, an elementary school teacher is asked to home-school a young boy by the boy's uncle at the castle where they live. When Frans finds out some things don't add up, he and the pupils from the regular school he teaches are trying to solve the mystery. The title means 'seven-way intersection' and is a place in the woods near the village where the story takes place.
