The year is 1995. Ambitious but principled Oleg Nesterov sells oil. Together with his boss, he joins the UN program under which Iraq can sell oil on the world market in exchange for food. Their activities become interesting to the special services of Russia and the United States, and the heroes find themselves involved in events related to the end of Saddam Hussein's regime. To succeed in business, Oleg will often have to make difficult moral choices.
