After several failed exams, the parents send the high school student Stepa for summer holidays to the village to his grandmother. A summer without the Internet is the worst punishment for a modern teenager. One day, running away from the local guys, Stepa accidentally falls into a well, and gets out in the same place, but in the 17th century, when his grandmother's village was a Cossack village. Stepa has only a campfire and a few gadgets with a power bank with him, which help him in the first minutes of his new life. Stepa understands that if his ancestors had had gadgets in the 17th century, the course of history could have turned out to be completely different.
He, a guy who was born in the digital age, will have to survive in times of grandiose riots and changes and learn in practice a history lesson that was filled up at school. And Stepa accepts this challenge with humor. An incredible summer adventure awaits him with a real boyish friendship, the first romantic relationship and important internal transformations.
