Sinopse
Sixteen-year-old Kasagi Takasago studies at the high school of the City Council, a small town in Saitama Prefecture. Life here goes on its regular course, people are friendly, the narrow streets are beautiful in their own way - thousands of little things and details create a unique image of Urawa, giving the city its own unique charm.
