Sinopse
The 8 part series features a dodgy mayor who does sly deals with Chinese property developers. A Greens councillor who wants to boycott Saudi Arabia for its treatment of feral cats. And a lazy council worker who refuses to go to the toilet during his smoko break, holding it in so he can "reduce the workday".
