Comedy about people who work in an employment agency. The firm is managed by Joan Silver, an elegant but high-strung woman, who must be convinced that Deb DeAngelo, the energetic and street smart young woman from Brooklyn, who has recently quit her 27th job in 2 years, will be a valuable asset to the firm.
