Sinopse

Reality series in which AA's Friendliest Landlady Lisa Holloway travels the UK to meet the people who are keen on turning their empty rooms into potential goldmines. A traditional Bedfordshire two-bedroom cottage dating back to 1752 is not fulfilling its potential. Phil is due to retire, so he and wife Linda want to fulfil Linda's long-held dream of running a B&B.
