The remaining seven chefs are tasked to produce an extravagant dish using the finest ingredients money can buy. Exorbitant price tags and the world's rarest delicacies abound as the chefs compete to appeal to the Langham hotel's millionaire clientele. Those who fail to impress undertake a second challenge in a fight for survival. To prove their business acumen, they must devise a £30 lunch menu and run a busy Langham lunch service.
