Demonstrators protesting the Israel-Hamas war have been rallying near the site of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. On Tuesday, dozens of protesters were arrested in front of the Israeli consulate following clashes with law enforcement. Lilia Luciano has more. Minnesota Gov.
