Sinopse

Clare Balding and Gabby Logan round up more absorbing action from the Gold Coast, with the 100m finals the showpiece event on day five.

Canadian sprint sensation Andre de Grasse, Jamaica's Yohan Blake and England's Adam Gemili are among the men's sprint favourites, while Olympic gold medallist Elaine Thompson is the standout name in the women's 100m final.

In the pool, England's world-record holder Adam Peaty goes for 50m breaststroke gold and Welsh superstar Jazz Carlin attempts to win her second Commonwealth title in the 800m freestyle.
