Ayako Masunaga is a passionate teacher, working at an elementary school in Fukuoka Prefecture for a three-year term. She was working up the corporate ladder at a major real estate company before but changed jobs looking for something more. She now burns with ambition, hoping to help her 3rd graders achieve their goals, however new challenges are around every corner.
