Restaurant: Impossible S18E07 - Saving an American Dream

Robert Irvine faces the most difficult challenge of his career when he must save a Russian immigrant's dream of success in America. A half million dollars in debt, Alexandra is fighting to hold on to her Las Vegas restaurant, Burnt Offerings, but the strictly kosher protocols may be too restrictive to make it profitable. Robert has to find unique ways to raise revenue and cut costs to help keep Alexandra's dream alive.
