Troy accidentally wounds a German nurse when the Patrol ambushes an Afrika Korps supply column. She is the lone survivor and requires urgent medical attention. The team faces the choice of completing their mission or allowing the girl to die. A guilt-stricken Troy desperately decides to take her to a nearby German field hospital.
