In the district office, the owner of a laundromat files a theft report. He has been getting robbed for weeks and has filmed the perpetrators with his security camera.

The neighbourhood team goes on a weekly visit to the stairwell, a shelter for the homeless.

In the bus station there is a man without clothing. The intervention team tries to find out exactly what happened, but the man has difficulty remembering anything.
