Broken windows gets replaced by floor to ceiling double pane beauties, a boring wall gets bricked over with thin veneer, a raggedy 40 year old linoleum floor gets a plush tile carpet upgrade, the fire hole gets a fire feature, recycled countertops with hammered copper sink and 2 under-counter refrigerators create the lounge vibe cooled by the installation of a new air conditioner.
