Sinopse

With their children now leading independent lives, Kevin and Monique Dixon from West Yorkshire want to buy a holiday home on Florida's Gulf Coast where they can come to enjoy the sailing and outdoor life when the UK winters kick in back home. With £285,000 to spend on their dream property, Ben Hillman shows them five waterside homes, but will any convince them to drop anchor?
