Liam Bakes S01E03 - Baked Breakfast, Chip Shop Sarnie, French Tarte

Liam Charles invites his mates over for the ultimate baked breakfast - with homemade soda bread. He uses plantain, rum and spices to pimp up a classic tarte Tatin, and reveals what he bakes for his mum when she doesn't want cake. And Liam gets his mate Weyland to help construct the ultimate chip shop sarnie from scratch: with a freshly baked bloomer loaf, lemon and pepper crusted cod, mushy peas, tatare sauce, and crispy chips.
