The menu includes ingredients that are used in at least two ways, including Pork Tenderloin with Bacon Onion Jam, Apple Cider and Sauteed Apple Basmati Rice, Warm Wax Bean Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, and Lemon Poppy Seed Cake with Candied Lemons.
