After four years of being in a relationship but living 45-minutes apart, a couple decides to purchase an oceanfront rendezvous in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. With a budget of $499,000, they hope to find a home directly on the beach that could also produce rental income when they're not there. Will they find the perfect beach home where they can spend more time together?
