A freak ice storm derails all work on site as the Baeumlers just focus on keeping warm and cleaning up the broken trees on the property. Bryan pushes to get to drywall stage, but Sarah changes the electrical plan in the Master Bedroom for the fourth time which makes Paul their electrician want to throw in the towel.
