Sinopse

Chicago thug Alejandro Rivera comes to Superior, Wisconsin to build a gang, but it all goes wrong when police catch him in a sting. From jail, Rivera tries to barter his freedom with information on a murder, leading investigators into a web of lies and intimidation that crescendos with an attack against one of their own.
