Ben Fogle: Make a New Life in the Country S01E01 - Highlands Hotel

The presenter follows folks as they start up their dream business, beginning with Londoners Jade and Alice. They moved to the Scottish Highlands and started a new life at a small, 200-year-old hotel on the edge of a Loch. The newlyweds' plan is to become their own boss as hoteliers and restaurateurs. With no experience in the industry, they face a race to get the place ready for the summer tourist trade, refurbishing all of the rooms themselves in between getting to grips with running the restaurant.
