HR Manager Rose and her daughter Caitlan are planning to move from Buckinghamshire to Devon. Rose grew up on the coast of Devon and has fond memories of life by the seaside, while Caitlan has spent much of her childhood in the country. For their budget of £600,000 coastal expert Kerr Drummond is keen to convince them to buy a home by the seaside, but country property expert Sara Damergi hopes to entice them to a more rural lifestyle.
