El Encargado S01E09 - La noche mágica

In need of three votes to derail the pool project, Eliseo turns his attention to an elderly artist, a cat lady, and a rancher who is hardly ever in the building. After being taken advantage of sexually and kidnapping a cat to secure two votes, Eliseo recruits a vagrant to shore up the final vote, but the move backfires when the vagrant gets too comfortable in a tenant's apartment.
