Reeling from his breakup with Gina, Bellamy becomes obsessed with bringing a car dealer's cocky son to justice when he witnesses him fleeing from the scene of a robbery, but his personal vendetta has horrifying consequences for the angry officer when he finds himself on an assault charge.
