Sinopse

Notorious crime boss Tony Baritony is feeling the pinch with Captain X and his Amazing Extraordinary Friends shutting down his operations all over town. Things are about to take a turn for the worse for the Baritony syndicate when, on the eve of the annual crime convention, Dutch Jimmy escapes from prison with a plan to take over the business.
