Kicking off the hikes is 50-year-old ex-soldier turned hiking blogger Paul aka the Bald Hiker. He's convinced his favourite route, exploring the world-famous Dales and taking in the jaw-dropping geology around Gordale Scar and Malham Cove, is Yorkshire's finest. But will the others agree?
