At the same time, in Birmingham, paramedics Naomi Whatley and Mark McDonagh attend to a man who has fallen unconscious after a severe diabetic attack, as Sam Grimson and trainee paramedic Nick Smith treat an elderly woman with chest pains and a lively sense of humour. And paramedics in Warwick treat a man with a suspected heart attack, who collapsed while fishing by the canal.
