Sinopse

The moon is going to crash into the Earth, and there is no way to stop it. Fine`s plan has been to raise the floating continent of Frontier in order to survive, but they lack the needed technology. They attempt to make a deal with the American government, which betrays them instead. Ver`s noise intervene to save them, but Hibiki is nearby, and she`s forced to transform to survive.
