Undercover Boss S04E02 - Tilted Kilt

When Ron Lynch, President of Tilted Kilt, a Celtic-themed sports bar and restaurant, goes undercover in his own company, he discovers one Kilt Girl crossing the line with customers. Also, one employee struggles to keep a brave face during unbearable personal circumstances, and the pressure heats up when the boss struggles to keep up in the kitchen.
