When Detective Carl Jones of the Rialto, CA, Police Department spots a stolen vehicle in an alleyway, the driver attempts to evade officers and causes an accident involving a patrol car and two parked cars. Still thinking he has a chance to escape, the suspect flees on foot before he is caught and hauled off to jail.
