Bob the Builder S03E05 - Roley's Tortoise

While building a bus stop, Roley almost runs over a tortoise, he names Timmy. Dizzy reveals its name is Tommy whom he belongs to Mrs. Potts, but while Bob takes some cabbages from Travis's trailer, Tommy sneaks on board.
