Cousins from a large Dominican family compete against a military mom and daughters whose Southern roots inspire their food truck menu. The three Espaillat cousins own 15 restaurants and proudly serve everything from Latin street food to their grandparents' traditional Dominican dishes. The Francois family runs a successful food truck that draws on their Alabama roots and military discipline.
