Billy is not happy after he finds out Chubby has been neglecting the clean up of a job site. But Chubby can't worry about work when he has a novel to write! Sarge is also not worried about work, as he is having some problems keeping track of his TV remotes at home. Meanwhile, Tiny tries to celebrate his one-year anniversary at the company by buttering up Billy and asking for a raise.
