First time buyers Tom and Ashley are looking for a property in Suffolk. Teacher Tom would like to find a house in the countryside close to the school where he works. However Ashley, who has a job at Felixstowe Port, would prefer their new home to be closer to the stunning Suffolk coastline. Kirsty Duffy pulls out all the stops to find them three country properties within their budget of £270,000, while Kerr Drummond tries his best to find them their dream home by the coast.
