Miles and Carolyne are leaving Berkshire for a new life in Cumbria. Carolyne wants to find a property in the countryside with enough land to raise animals, but Miles is hankering for a property close to the sea, where he spent many a happy childhood holiday. Kerr Drummond shows them what their budget of £450,000 will get them on the coast, while Kirsty Duffy delivers some imposing properties in the countryside.
