All athletes dread the thought of being benched or sidelined from a game, and this week's challenge gives the winning team the power to sideline one player from an opposing team so their weight won't count at the weigh in. And the challenge comes with high anxiety as the players are suspended in the air racing to cross a canyon and put together a puzzle when they're done.
