In a small town located less than an hour from Canada's largest military base, locals began talking about the so-called 'Tweed Creeper,' after a rash of break-ins where the only things stolen were women's undergarments. But those crimes would quickly escalate to assault and then to murder. But a set of tire tracks would point police to the person responsible, someone above suspicion.
