Mark Chapman introduces highlights from today's two Premier League fixtures, along with all the goals from the rest of the weekend's games. Manchester City take on West Ham at the Etihad Stadium. Slaven Bilic's Hammers were 2-1 winners in last year's corresponding fixture, as Victor Moses and Diafra Sakho both scored for the visitors with Kevin de Bruyne supplying City's consolation. The day's other game sees West Brom take on Middlesbrough at the Hawthorns in the first top-flight meeting between the sides since January 2009. West Brom ran out 3-0 winners that day with their long-serving midfielder Chris Brunt amongst the goalscorers, against the club where his career began.
