Sinopse

After discovering a strange insignia at the bottom of a river Ben Wilson (Carl Dixon) transforms into Captain Extraordinary, a superhero with super powers. Ben's world is thrown into turmoil, still being chased by a crime syndicate Ben goes to the only person he knows who might be able to explain his transformation.
