Representing Washington, California and Alaska, these chefs must prove their knowledge of fish can compete with Alex Guarnaschelli's experience. The ingredients they choose in round one could give them an advantage or help Alex blow them out of the water. The chefs that make it to round two have the chance to win up to $15,000 if they can manage to win over judges Fariyal Abdullahi and Brooke Williamson and beat Chef Alex.
