Behind the scenes at a specialist clinic where four dermatologists treat a range of skin conditions, often for patients who have been unable to get treatment on the NHS. They squeeze, drain, pop or surgically remove cysts, lipomas, acne comedones and anything else that is literally getting under their patients' skin. Patients include 62-year-old Amanda, who has been living with a lipoma - a benign fatty tumour - on her tummy for almost a decade.
