The home cooks this week share a love for Chinese food. There's Yun Ran, who grew up in Sichuan, China; Evelyn Kwow, a design academic whose early childhood was in Hong Kong; Noby Leong, a PhD student who is interested in the science of cooking; and Scott Jacovou-Johnson, a father of one who believes he only found flavour when he tried Chinese food for the first time. Tonight, apprentice chef Wing from Chinese restaurant China Doll goes up against the home cooks.
