The home cooks this week share a love for Chinese food. There's Yun Ran, who grew up in Sichuan, China; Evelyn Kwow, a design academic whose early childhood was in Hong Kong; Noby Leong, a PhD student who is interested in the science of cooking; and Scott Jacovou-Johnson, a father of one who believes he only found flavour when he tried Chinese food for the first time.
