On the Menu is the first cooking competition show ever to give viewers the chance to taste the winning dish after every episode. Each week a group of passionate home cooks are challenged to create a new signature dish for well-known national restaurants. In this episode, the competitors must impress the Red Rocker himself, Sammy Hagar, and create a brand new Mexican dish for both of his restaurants: Cabo Wabo Cantina and Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill. On the Menu is hosted by Ty Pennington and features Chef Emeril Lagasse.
