Coast vs Country S02E28 - Episode 28

Retired couple Keith and Sharon are planning to move from Essex after 35 years in search of a quieter life in Devon. They are keen animal lovers and will be taking their beloved dog and four chickens with them, and also hope to adopt some donkeys. So they want a house with plenty of land, but they can't decide where, as Keith loves the coast, while Sharon is all for country living. For their budget of ú675,000 Kerr is keen to convince them to buy a home by the sea, but Sara hopes to sell the merits of rural living.
