Polly takes on the snooty Augustus Uberrich, the ten year boat race champion, in a tiny boat race across Cosmo Park Lake. But when Augustus cheats with his tricked-out boat, Polly must go pocket-sized in her own boat to take down the cheater. The epic boat race takes Polly around the lake and face-to-beak with a duck in need. Saving the duck means sacrificing her win.
