A woman dies alone in her apartment, burdened by a tragedy and without contact with her family. In the search for relatives entitled to inherit, it turns out that her father had more than one family. Mette Frisk and archivist Adam Jon Kronegh look for heirs of a deceased person and along the way try to find out why the heirs and the deceased have lost contact.
