House Hunters Renovation S2017E34 - Sweat, Tears and Budget Fears

California newlyweds are anxious to start a family of their own and are searching the San Fernando Valley for the perfect fixer-upper. They're looking for a home with an open-concept living space and kitchen to hold their extended families, but they differ when it comes to their personal wish lists. After their friend and real estate agent helps them pick out a place, renovation reality quickly hits their wallet and they become overwhelmed by decisions. Their vision for their home takes a few compromising turns along the way and several costly issues push them over budget as they learn that home renovation isn't as easy as it looks on TV.
